I’ve always been a big fan of the Headless Rite. I fell in love with it the first time I saw it, and after all these years, my feelings about it haven’t changed. So when I read the “Becoming Invincible” chapter in Chaos Protocols, where Gordon White suggests a version of the Headless Rite followed by an invocation of the Four Kings, I -like so many others- instantly wanted to try it. Seeing the world through my new glasses

So the 30-Day Challenge is finally over and as it turns out, it has served a slightly different purpose for me than what I had in mind when I started it. The clarity I was seeking regarding one particular matter/aspect of my life hasn’t been achieved to the degree that I hoped. What did happen however was the sudden revelation of a core wound that is the underlying reason behind the lack of clarity, as well as the reason behind a big number of other situations and occurrences in my life. it’s one of those times when you can’t believe there was something so big, so blatantly obvious at play in your life for so long and you still managed to miss it. So deep and fundamental and old that it is totally and completely invisible because it has literally shaped you into who you are so you don’t even see it as something outside of you. You don’t even see it at all. “That is who I am. I have always been like that”. Wrong.
