Despite the name, “lucky girl” syndrome is actually gender-neutral and anyone can activate it in their lives, no matter what they identify as!

WHAT IS THE LUCKY GIRL SYNDROME?

The lucky girl syndrome is a manifestation technique based on the law of assumption and the law of attraction.

The purpose of this technique is to increase your luck in every area of life, to the point where positive coincidences and synchronicities have a snowball effect. With every lucky event you experience, you will become luckier and luckier as a person.

HOW TO ACTIVATE THE LUCKY GIRL SYNDROME IN YOUR OWN LIFE

To activate the lucky girl syndrome in your life, we are going to use two very powerful manifestation techniques: affirmations and inner dialogue.



Just follow the steps below, and the lucky girl syndrome will immediately be activated in your life. The more you use these steps, the more your luck will increase!







STEP 1

Every single morning when you wake up, before you get out of bed, repeat these affirmations to yourself:

  • I am the luckiest person ever!

  • Reality is rigged in my favor.

  • Everything always works out for me.

  • Everything is always happening for me.



The first moments after we wake up and before we fall asleep are powerful times for manifesting, because our brain is still in a state similar to a trance, so anything you say during that time (or affirm, visualize etc) sinks right into your subconscious mind. And whatever you plant into your subconscious mind will shape your physical reality.


STEP 2

When something positive happens during the day, a positive synchronicity, big or small, tell yourself: “I am the luckiest person ever!”.
Someone paid for your coffee this morning? - “OMG, I’m the luckiest person ever!”

Got an unexpected bonus at work? - “OMG, I’m the luckiest person ever!”

Found a parking spot easily? - “OMG, I’m the luckiest person ever!”



The more you do this, the more you wire your brain to think you are an incredibly lucky person, and the luckier you will become.

STEP 3

Whenever something not so positive happens, instead of letting it ruin your day, try to remain neutral towards it. Do not ruminate for hours on how terrible this is, how you’re so unlucky etc.



Here’s what I want you to do instead:



Tell yourself:

“Things always work out in my favor in the end. I’m so excited to see how this situation/thing/event/incident is going to prove to be in my favor after all!”

By saying this instead of being drawn into the drama of the seemingly negative thing, you ensure that this event will actually play a positive role in your life. The law of assumption says that your assumptions create your reality, so if you assume that this event is going to work in your favor, this is what will happen in your physical reality.

STEP 4

The last step to activate the lucky girl syndrome in your life is a step that is crucial to most manifestations, and one that many people overlook:

How do you talk to yourself inside your head (and even out loud)?

Lots of people are very judgmental and unkind to themselves. Are you the kind of person who -when you make a mistake- immediately start thinking things like “Stupid me, I forgot my keys again! I can’t do anything right! I’m a walking disaster!”?

Is this kind to yourself? And -more importantly- is this the kind of reality you want to manifest? How are you going to manifest incredible good luck, when you’re trashing yourself constantly inside your mind? Remember, your thoughts create reality, so the kinder and nicer you talk to yourself and think about yourself, the nicer and kinder the whole of reality -including other people- are going to be to you.

From now on, I want you to only talk kindly to yourself and about yourself. We all make mistakes. That doesn’t mean anything about who you are as a person or how worthy you are of having the things you want.

And remember step 3: everything always works out in your favor. What if the thing you’re judging yourself for is exactly what needs to happen for you to get something amazing that you want, or avoid something infinitely worse?

Instead of judging yourself and being mean to yourself, decide that whatever you did is going to work in your favor, and go about your day feeling lucky and blessed, and all the luck in the world will start manifesting in your reality!
